The distance from house to Kamari beach is 500m, to the small port 300m and to the Ai-Giannis beach 1,2km. The nearest village Keramidi,where you can find small markets and restaurants,is only 5km away(10min with car). At Kamari beach you can find shops with food and coffee. At Ai-Giannis beach you can find a cafe-restaurant.

There are many grocerys and restaurants around the village square (kissos), by car is about 1500m, and by pathway is about 350m from home There are many beautifull beaches at the footheels, and the nearest is about 6.5km

Έχει απεριόριστη θέα στην θάλασσα και απέχει ένα λεπτό από την παραλία! The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.
