Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

The Desert Owl offers a relaxing place to unwind and enjoy nature around you. There is enough space to accommodate a large family, group of friends, contractors and work crews. There is room for trucks, trailers, UTV and SxS, just 3 miles off of US 93. In the midst of Grand Canyon West Skywalk, Hoover Dam, Las Vegas, Laughlin, and Historic Route 66, Kingman AZ. There are hiking and 4x4 adventures. You may even get a glimpse of a pair of owls quenching their thirst at the end of a hot day.

Come enjoy your home away from home. This 1600 sq ft home was built in 2019 and now has brand new furnishings and appliances. 3 bed/2.5 baths This home is perfect after a long day at the lake. Approximately 5 miles from Katherine's Landing/Lake Mohave, 1 mile from Davis Camp, 3 miles from Laughlin, NV. It is the perfect location to lay your head after a long day of playing in the fun! Driveway is a bit steep yet PLENTY of room for boat/trailer and truck. Street parking is allowed .

1 Bedroom Riverfront Guest House with Dock.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.
