Sandalwood House

Sandalwood House is a large classically styled house with lovely high ceilings and beautiful recently refurbished wooden floors. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 with its own ensuite and all beds are fitted with electric blankets. It has a large kitchen/eating area and a separate dining room with a character table that seats 10. Generous parking available and also a covered garage. Walking distance to the town and amenities including the Library/ Art Gallery, Premier Mill Hotel/Dome and the Rec Centre.

Cute Little Country Nanny Flat

Enjoy a bush experience at this centrally located Nanny Flat with external access. Far enough out of town to enjoy the quiet bush life but close to The Katanning Country Club to enjoy Golf, Bowls, Squash or Tennis. A short walk to the lake and hospital and Katanning town centre to experience all of Katannings restaurant's and bars. Access to pool and bar area with own kitchenette, shower and toilet, Google TV and Airfryer and all other utensils and amenities. A peaceful country experience.

Historic Mongup Farm Stay

Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. Nestled at the foot of the Stirling Ranges and only 20 mins to Bluff Knoll. This is a special treat for history enthusiasts, set on one of the earliest established farms in WA history, dating back to 1850. Ideal for a digital detox in a low EMF location, yet with the optional convenience of fast WiFi and phone signal booster.

The Back Rooms (Entire Place)

Well-equipped property in Darkan. The back rooms provide self-catering accommodation for those who may be visiting Darkan for work, or travellers just passing through. This place has three bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own lock. Room 1 has a queen-sized bed, Room 2 has a queen-sized bed and Room 3 has a double bed and a single bed. The place can host a maximum of six people. There is a large well-equipped kitchen and living area, a bathroom, laundry, and second toilet.

Happy Valley Farm Cottage

A cosy, country, cottage - the perfect place for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. Happy Valley Farm Cottage is nestled in the heart of the Great Southern in the locality of Westwood. It is located on a working sheep and grain farm and is only 15km from the regional centre of Katanning. Whilst you enjoy the peace and serenity of your natural surroundings you can rest assured that anything you might need is only a short drive away.

Butterfly Cottage Gnowangerup

Short term fully furnished accommodation in Gnowangerup. Lovely quaint cottage in the heart of the town centre. Quiet Location within walking distance to all amenities. Complimentary Tea/coffee, milk and sugar on arrival. Please note that there is limited internet service (Telstra only). Sleeps 4 and for and additional small charge can sleep up to 6 when utilising the pull out sofa bed. Sorry no pets unless it’s a service dog!!!

The Humpy

Relax at our beautifully restored, self contained cottage situated on a working sheep farm right in the heart of the Great Southern wine region. This property offers private lake access, ideal for swimming, canoeing and water skiing. Wild flowers can be found on sections of the property in season. We are situated 25 minutes north-west of Mount Barker town site and 50 minutes to the Stirling ranges.
