Terra Skouros is a newly built beach house unit of two twin maisonettes, Terra Skouros I and Terra Skouros II. The unit is located in a 6.000 m2 olive grove in South Crete. It's 65 km away from Heraklion and only 40 m away from Skouros beach. The view is diverse as large windows overlook the ocean or the mountains. Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.

Keratokampos is a village 70km from Heraklion with 7km of beaches and a quite environment appropriate for relaxing vacations. In the area you can find traditional taverns with fresh fish and local dishes also some cafes and bars next to the beach. Keratokampos also host the famous Viannos Art gallery and the Portela gorge.
