Apartman se nalazi na trgu Igrišće ispred njega se nalazi dvorac Rotondo koji je u fazi adaptacije. Parkirališna mjesta se nalaze na trgu. Pješćana plaža Gabine udaljena 200 metara, a malo dalje ima još dosta osamljenijih plaža. Restorani i palačinka bar u blizini apartmana, te blizina supermarketa (300m) te mini market(100m) autobusne stanice za gradove (Split i Trogir) linija broj 37 cca 300m.

Renovirana, tradicionalna dalmatinska kuća na etaže, nalazi se u samom centru Kaštel Štafilića od mora je udaljena 30m. Kuća se sastoji od 3 spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima od kojih dvije imaju balkone, velike kupaonice (dva tuša, dva umivaonika i dva wc-a), kuhinje s blagovaonicom te dnevne sobe. Sve prostorije su klimatizirane ili imaju ventilator a u cijeloj kući dostupan je i besplatan wifi.
