Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Everything is nearby: the first beach takes 5mins by foot, morning coffee in cool cafe bars is right there, supermarket, restaurant and even healthy food shop in the same street! Park for recreation, sport, walk or just enjoying some sun is 10mins away. The view from our apartment goes from hills to sea. It takes about 20 minutes to Split and 15 minutes to Trogir. Airport is 10mins driving from here. You have free parking, barbecue.

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.
