This modern apartment in Kaprun near Zell am See-Kaprun ski area is excellent for a romantic getaway. The accommodation can host a couple or 2 guests on an expedition, and features a lovely balcony with garden furniture to relax. Kaprun is known to skiers as a grand resort. In addition to winter sports, it offers plenty of recreational possibilities including rafting, white water canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, and golfing. The stay is 0.3 km from the restaurant, public transport, and the ski bus. At 0.7 km, you have the town centre of Kaprun for evening strolls. The supermarkets lie at 0.5 km, and the ski lift is 1.3 km. There is a lake at 5 km for a pleasant day out. The apartment has heating for comfort in cold days. In the kitchenette, you can prepare healthy breakfasts, and enjoy them on the furnished balcony. The balcony also offers a view of the gorgeous mountains that shine with snow. Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.
