The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. It can also be combined with the Ionian Blue Apartment.

It is situated in the historical center of Preveza, 5 minutes walk to the Port and 10 minutes walk to the closest beach.
