(Ich will kein Punktabzug deswegen :P) Die Wohnung hat im Wohnbereich und im Bad ein Farbwechsel Lichtsystem. Auch im Schlafzimmer und auf dem Balkon sind verschiedene Lichtmöglichkeiten. Natürlich kann auch alles im Normallicht gehalten werden. Des Weiteren gibt es eine große Walk In Regenfalldusche mit Sitzfläche. (der Eingang ist allerdings nicht für sehr beleibte Menschen geeignet (40cm))

Stauraum ist genug da, um auch 4 Wochen zu bleiben, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, geräumige Dusche, Waschtrockner. Lage: Gastro: 1 Min, Beginn Terrassenufer 1,1 km, Elbe 100 m, Straßenbahn 100 m, Supermarkt 100 m. Das Apartment befindet sich im obersten Geschoss, einen Fahrstuhl haben wir leider noch nicht.

Sehr stylisches und in Zusammenarbeit zwischen Architekt / Innenarchitekt / Möbeldesigner realisiertes 1-Raum-Appartement (Schlafsofa!) mit separatem Duschbad, 31qm Wohnfläche, separatem, eigenen Eingang und Zugang zur Fasssauna. Alle Möbel als individuelle Sonderanfertigung, Küchenarbeitsplatte und Essbar Beton/ Holzeinlegearbeiten/ Epoxidharz. Duschbad mit Betonspachteltechnik, wobei aufgrund der sehr eingeschränkten Platzsituation Dusche und WC räumlich nicht getrennt werden konnten.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt im schönen kleinen Städtchen Radeberg, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Dresden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, wie Zug und Bus sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen und bringen Sie direkt in das alte, barocke Stadtzentrum von Dresden mit seinen historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber auch in die Sächsische Schweiz, nach Moritzburg oder zu einem der vielen anderen Highlights in der Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gaststätten und Ärzte finden Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe.

A cosy apartment for 2 guests 20 minutes away (by foot) from the city centre and 10 minutes away from the Dresden Mitte station. It's a quiet area that promises a break away from everything. Situated on the top floor, this means that you will not have any neighbours disturbing you. With a supermarket just around the corner, and a lovely cafe right by the hospital, you can get everything you need by staying here.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guten Anbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von hier aus seid Ihr schnell in der City aber ebenso schnell im Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Viel Spaß hier in Dresden :). Ps. Wir vermieten in der Regel nicht für gewerbliche Gäste. TV nur Netflix :)
