This is a quiet, secluded area where we often see moose and sandhill cranes. We are just a 10-minute drive to Soldotna and fishing on the Kenai River and just a 20-minute drive to the Cook Inlet or the Russian River. The Kenai River runs through town and the location can serve as a traveler's base to go 71 miles to scenic Homer; 35 miles to Captain Cook State Recreational Park; 40 miles from Cooper Landing; and 62 miles to Seward.

Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
