The downstairs portion is a self-contained unit, featuring a full kitchen with stoves and an oven and plenty more. The downstairs has two living rooms; each contains a flat-screen TV for use. This also comes with a large dining room equipped to fit six. The two bedrooms contain a king-sized and queen-sized bed, respectively. The unit comes with a laundry and dryer. Outside, guests can find a veranda and outdoor dining area, with a BBQ and a garden. The private bathroom is located in the hallway.
