This beautiful, private guest suite is located next to the main house in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Guests can enjoy comfortable temperatures at this higher elevation thanks to the cool mountain breeze. With its convenient location, both the airport and the town are within a 10 to 15-minute drive. Great place to escape and enjoy the Big Island!

Radiant Ocean View Cottage on a Coffee Farm. Very Private.

Centrally located between South Kohala's beaches, and the dining and entertainment scene of Kailua-Kona, the Kaloko Coffee Cottage is at a cool elevation making naps after adventures a...well a dream! Far from any roads, the dominant sounds are the many birds who make their homes in the surrounding trees. This is a thoughtfully furnished home with an open layout, on a coffee farm, just bring your food and clothes for which ever adventure you intend; leave the accommodations and ambiance to us.

The Mango Tiny House

This brand new tiny house was build around our mango tree with AC. Only 7 minutes from the airport, and a short 15 minutes to downtown Kailua. It's a great place to explore either southern or northern beaches. Things to know: We live on property in the main house You cannot fully stand up in the bedroom loft, it’s 5ft high The house is close to a road, it's fully insulated with double windows but you might hear cars and road sounds. Located conveniently 5 minutes from the airport and a short 15 min drive to downtown Kailua Kona. Vaulted ceilings, a cute lanai to enjoy your morning coffee, large bathroom with double vanity, and a kitchenette make this rental a real gem. The AC is powerful for when the tropical breeze isn't quite cool enough, The WIFI is reliable and there is a large screen TV with ROKU for when you just want to hang out. We offer automated check in, excellent room amenities and flexibility with booking.

It has a kitchen, queen bed, 55” smart tv, private lanai with a panoramic view of the Kona coast and a shared bbq. The Loft sits above the carport on the 2nd floor.

Situated on the island's western side at a cool 1300ft elevation, this small cottage is suitable for two people. Privacy is the keyword. This is a quiet, clean, peaceful place with A/C. It is near the airport, town, and beautiful beaches, located in a safe, affluent neighborhood. After the lava eruption on the other side of the island in 2018 subsided, we are now thrilled to have the best air quality and blue skies since 2007!

We’re conveniently located about 5 minutes from the airport and 10–15 minutes from popular beaches and downtown shopping. This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a simple kitchenette (please note there is no oven or stove). We’re on a busy street, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.
