A közelben bolt, étterem, cukrászda, játszótér is megtalálható. Kaposvári Aréna 200 méterre, Desedára vezető kerékpárút 500 méterre van. A lakás 2024-ben lett felújítva. Az apartman légkondicionált. A lakás csendes zöldövezetben, jól megközelíthető helyen van. A közös használatú udvarban hangulatos helyen grillezési, bográcsozási lehetőséget kínálunk. A hátsó zöld kertünk labdázásra, tollasozásra, pihenésre hívogat... Kaposvár és a Deseda tó közelsége egy nagyon jó kombináció ------- Gyertek, próbáljátok ki!

Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. I am now working on beautifying and modernizing this legacy, while my wife, Juci, has made the spaces truly unique and artistic with her own paintings on the walls and a special on-site installation.
