Le gîte est plein de charme et entièrement équipé, pour accueillir 6 personnes Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Le gîte se trouve au 3 eme étage sans ascenseur Le gite se trouve dans un des plus beaux villages de la route des vins, à 10 min de Colmar, dans le centre historique de kaysersberg. Les réservations sont possibles pour quelques jours, 1 semaine, 1 mois, ... Le tarif est à partir de 2 nuits minimum : possibilité de se garer aux abords du gite. Découvrez le charme d'un appartement en duplex, entièrement rénovée. Avec un balcon vue sur le château. L' appartement de 100 m2, très lumineux est situé au TROISIÈME ÉTAGE de la maison, SANS ASCENSEUR Capacité six personnes. Cuisine équipée : Plaque de cuisson, four et micro-ondes – hotte - cafetière, réfrigérateur, appareil à raclette, barbecue électrique,pierrade, lave vaisselle,presse orange électrique. Salle de bain : douche à l'italienne, sèche cheveux. Laverie : lave linge, sèche linge, étendoir à linge. Coin bureau Chambre 1 : lit double 160 cm Chambre 2 : lit double 160cm Chambre 3: 2 lits simple 80cm possibilité de les coller pour faire un lit double de 160cm. Au départ de nombreux circuits de randonnées, à 15 kms des pistes de ski du Lac Blanc et des crêtes vosgiennes, proche de Colmar, Strasbourg et des villages typiques alsaciens, Kaysersberg est aussi très réputée pour son authentique Marché de Noël, qui commence la dernière semaine de novembre. Bien sur tout au long du séjour et à n'importe qu'elle heure pour les urgences. Le quartier est un quartier typiquement alsacien avec ses maisons à colombages. Ce qui renforce son charme ce sont les nombreuses boutiques d'artisans (boulangers, pâtissiers, bouchers) qui se trouvent autour du logement. Les enfants apprécieront également la tour médieval de l'ancien château qui surplombe le village et le protège. Il y a un parking à proximité immédiate du logement et des lignes de bus assurent un transport régional régulier. Exklusiv mit Sauna im idyllischen Feissenhof

Den Gästen steht die gesamte mittlere Etage zur alleinigen Verfügung. Die untere Etage wird vom Eigentümer zeitweise bewohnt, solange keine Gäste anwesend sind. Außerdem steht den Gästen das gesamte Gründstück (ca. 1 Hektar) zur Verfügung. Dieses ist vollständig eingezäunt. Hier liegt auch ein Schwimmteich, welcher im Sommer zum Baden einlädt. Der mit Holz beheizbare Badezuber und die Fasssauna stehen ebenfalls ausschließlich den Gästen zur Verfügung. Die Ferienwohnung sowie das gesamte Grundstück gehört ganz allein ihnen. Bei Fragen bin ich telefonisch erreichbar. Es kann Vorkommen dass im Garten notwendige Arbeiten verrichtet werden (z.B. Schnee räumen). Der kleine 2400-Einwohner-Ort Schönwald liegt im Herzen des Schwarzwalds. Er gehört zu den idyllischsten Ecken dieses Naturparadieses und ist bekannt für sein angenehmes Klima. Der Feissenhof liegt knapp zwei Kilometer ausserhalb von Schönwald. In Schönwald finden sich alle Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs und die Touristinformation. Im nördlichen Nachbarort Triberg befinden sich Deutschlands höchste Wasserfälle sowie ein Bahnhof mit Anschluss an die Schwarzwaldbahn. Instagraam: #feissenhof Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist der Hof vergleichsweise schlecht erreichbar. Holz für Badezuber und Sauna ist ausreichend vorhanden und im Preis inbegriffen.

It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.
