The Fox Den is a small-but-cute suite in S. Main next to the bouldering park. It faces an actual fox den—which is how it got its name. It's a 2-minute walk to the Arkansas River, where you’ll find miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. You'll also be just a block from the South Main Square and a short stroll from the shops and restaurants of downtown BV. The Red Farmhouse is the best of both worlds, located on a peaceful low traffic street and yet steps away from all the amenities South Main has to offer. Two minutes after stepping out your door you could be walking by the river, riding a cruiser bike around downtown BV, fly fishing, rock climbing, rafting, whitewater kayaking, mountain biking or enjoying an IPA at the Eddyline Brewery. Tucked Away Stay - Close To Town and In Nature

Come enjoy our private 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. Enjoy the joys of children on property and views of incredible mountains with the wildlife that frequents our "back yard". Relax in our private guest area locked off from the rest of our home including a kitchenette and laundry area, all separated from the rest of the house by a custom built and locking doorway. We accept dogs but cannot accept cats due to other guests’ allergies. There is a pet fee.

We welcome you to stay in our guest house: A renewed log cabin on three acres at BV's western edge. This quiet, in-town location is a good base for Arkansas Valley activities. A few miles east of us is Cottonwood Pass with hot springs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Or, bike or walk a mile to the east for restaurants and shopping, the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond. Note: There are many pet-friendly options nearby, but we do our best to provide an allergen-free studio for guests.

This is a small studio space with everything you need! Attached to the main house but completely private, you have a fully stocked kitchen and private bath and entrance. A comfy queen bed and memory foam loveseat futon round out the accommodations. Two small children will fit on the futon, but four full-size people would require you to utilize a twin air mattress we can provide. If you are looking for affordable and comfortable in BV, this is the spot for you! Basic but cozy and clean!

Sawatch Nights Guesthouse (STR-107)

Enjoy the Rockies from our newly built guesthouse. Hike, bike, fish, climb, ski, boat, ride a horse, or pet a goat, the Ark Valley has a lot to offer, and our guest house is a great location to set up base camp. The house is located 4 blocks West of downtown in the quiet, residential heart of BV. Take an evening stroll through McPhelemy Park or out to the Peaks View walking path to catch the sunset over Mt. OFF MAIN DOWNTOWN BV COTTAGE is close to everything downtown in Buena Vista. Main street restaurants (1 minute walk), South Main (4 blocks away), river surfing, whitewater, skate park, bouldering, dirt pump track and endless hiking are just a few minutes walk away. The cottage is small and cozy with a king bed in one bedroom and a queen in the second room. The two rooms share a single bathroom. The living room, kitchen and patio are well-stocked and ready for a comfortable stay.
