This centrally located, 1900's bungalow has been refurbished to bring out the best in its original craftsmanship and looks. Windows galore, tree-shaded large lot, a swing on the front porch and off-street parking make it in-town serene. B's Bungalow is excellent for business or family visits. It is a 1/2 mi from the Coffey County Courthouse, the Outdoor Aquatic Center, and town center; 1 blk from disc golf/exercise mini course; and 13 mi from the Wolfcreek power plant. The house is located down a dead-end. With this house being located on top of a hill, you can appreciate the Kansas sunsets and overlooking South Owl Creek from the deck. There is a carport available. Pets are welcome with a $25 pet fee.
