If you are on a short term visit, a family holiday, or on a business trip, welcome to my modern and charming garden house, a unique place to stay in Timisoara. Surrounded by green gardens, here you will find enjoyment in a modern home, with a soft touch of nature and quality interior design. Garden House is also great for a work-from-home alternative, or for family activities. We are taking great hygiene measures, properly ventilating, cleaning and disinfecting surfaces after each guest.

Bine ai venit la Studio 7, un refugiu urban situat la doar 10 minute de centrul Timișoarei. Deși amplasat într-un bloc din perioada comunistă, interiorul modern surprinde printr-un design elegant și atent gândit, unde confortul contemporan se îmbină armonios cu accentele stilate. Fiecare detaliu este ales pentru a crea o atmosferă caldă și relaxantă, iar finisajele de calitate oferă un plus de confort. Un spațiu ideal pentru a explora orașul și a te relaxa într-un ambient premium.

The apartment is completely renovated in a modern style, perfect to make your stay in Timisoara more pleasant. It is located in a good area of the city, on a quiet street, with the possibility to park your car for free in the inner courtyard or on the main street. It consists of bathroom and kitchen (fully equipped) open space with bedroom. WiFi and Smart TV is available and free! Our guests will have access to all amenities of the apartment and we hope they will feel like home.

Kevesen tudják, hogy van a városnak egy Maros-partja, ami számos kikapcsolódási lehetőséget nyújt, mind a természetkedvelőknek, mind a kalandra vágyóknak. Található itt lombkorona sétány, kalandpark, tanösvény, szabad strand. Kis házikónk a Maros folyóhoz közel, a lombkorona sétánytól 300 méterre, erdő ölelésében, csendes, nyugodt környezetben, fenyőfák rejtekében bújik meg.

Bine ați venit la Elite Rentals Sky, un penthouse de 120 mp unde luxul întâlnește confortul absolut. Conceput pentru cei care nu fac compromisuri, acest spațiu generos este mai mult decât un loc de cazare – este o destinație în sine. Piesa de rezistență este, cu siguranță, dormitorul matrimonial: un sanctuar al relaxării dotat cu o cadă freestanding spectaculoasă, așezată lângă fereastră, perfectă pentru o seară cu spumă și un pahar de vin (din partea casei!).

This studio apartment has a total surface of 100 m2, half of them being the big terrace which host the very intimate private jacuzzi. This is the perfect couple spot, because the line of walnuts which is near the terrace offers the exact amount of natural privacy needed to fully enjoy the jacuzzi. The apartment is an open-space studio with a king size bed, a couch, a dining area and a kitchenette. Smoking is not allowed inside, is allowed only on terrace.
