La Salute Luxury Apartment

Prestigioso appartamento con terrazza privata con vista mozzafiato a due passi dalla Chiesa della Salute. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50 € per tutto il gruppo e per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

We are located just 10 minutes from Jesolo and near the seaside resorts of Caorle, Eraclea Mare, and Cavallino, with a wide availability of cycling routes in the Venetian lagoon. The train station, with daily connections to Venice, can be reached in a few kilometers by car. The McArthur Glen outlet is just 10 minutes away. The 75-square-meter apartment features an entrance with a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, and a private bathroom.

Dista soli 250 metri dal mare e a soli 20 metri dalla fermata dell'autobus per Venezia che si raggiunge in 50 minuti di auto circa, oppure 1 ora di bus dall'autostazione di Jesolo. Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

You'll be staying in a newly renovated apartment on the third floor of a residential building (with elevator) facing via Bafile, Jesolo Lido's main street, between Piazza Brescia and Piazza Mazzini. The beach is literally a 1 minute-walk from the apartment. The apartment can accomodate up to 6 guests and includes a private parking space for 1 car, your own umbrella with beach beds on the beach right in front of the apartment, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioned and washing machine.

The apartment is located on the Giudecca island and belongs to the historical center of Venice . The most exciting thing when you arrive by boat is the wonderful view of the Giudecca Canal . A view that opens the heart and has captivated many artists who frequented the city .This part of Venice, perhaps one of the few that remained authentic, has been preserved from the arrival chaotic of the tourism with its own cultural and residential rooted tradition.
