This duplex villa with Infinity pool (running edge) with heating is inviting you to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. Fully air-conditioned property with video surveillance. Villa offers accommodation for 6 persons in spacious bedrooms. All the rooms in the villa have a beautiful view of the sea and islands.

BEACH APARTMENT RENCO

Beach Apartment 'RENCO' is situated in one of the beautiest parts of Adriatic coast, in little place named Sumpetar near Dugi Rat which is situated between two pearls of Middle Dalmatia, Split on west side and Omiš on the east side. This beautiful 2 bedrooms apartment is situated directly on the fabulous beach, a more perfect location is not possible. It is a very bright and airy comfortable apartment flooded with sunlight all day. The location and comfort of this apartment makes it a rarity.

Our property consist of 3 bedrooms for up to 6 persons, big living room and dinning area with an fully equipped kitchen. Then you need just one step outside to enjoy wonderful seaview next to the pool. Behind the house we have nice kids playground and wonderful barbecue/dinning area. Maximum privacy but still close enough (1,5km) to all local attractions like beaches, bars and restaurants.

Alle 3. Apartments mit Einbauküche, Duschbad und Waschmaschine - die Sonnenterrasse im 1. Stock hat eine Außenküche. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist modern mit guten Betten. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus im Privaten Hof.
