Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.

This space would be perfect for a couple, small family or group of four. Inside you’ll find all the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay and in the backyard there is a barbecue and seating area, perfect for an enjoyable summer evening.

Your group will love being within 2 blocks of Western Park, Uintah Conference Center, and the ice rink. Walk another 3 blocks to local breweries and resturants. Our house is equipped with a full kitchen and everything needed to cook a meal if you choose. Comfy queen size beds in both bedrooms. 42" roku TV in the living room. Living room couch can accommodate 1 more guest.
