Busy B Ranch is a 1,000+acre wildlife & leisure ranch, including a new drive-thru safari Busy B Ranch Wildlife Park. Our safari is 125+acres with 3 miles of roads & over 400 animals to enjoy. We offer log cabin rentals, that are tucked away on their own private 11 acre lake. Come spend a few days fishing, rocking on the front porch and relax in the woods of Northeast Texas. We recommend you build a campfire & roast marshmallows in the fresh evening air. We are located 6 miles north of Jefferson.

The Little Green Cottage ( guest house)

The cottage is nestled in the pines 20ft from main house 800 sq. ft. 2-story cottage has security And white lights from main house for light… Eclectic in style with a vaulted ceiling in the large upstairs bedroom. Downstairs- the Liv/Kitchenette space has TV & sofa sleeper. *Note- One cottage bathroom is located on first floor. We are off HWY 59 and 1 mi. from I-20 ( near all local restaurants) Caddo Lake St Park-30 min drive, Historic Jefferson & Enochs Stomp Winery both 20 mi.

Chez Lafayette Guest Cottage in Historic District

Welcome to Chez Lafayette Guest Cottage located in the beautiful historic district of Jefferson, TX! We are just a few minutes stroll to all of the quaint shops and restaurants in downtown Jefferson. If you prefer, you can keep your car parked and walk anywhere in the historic district! You will have the entire cottage to yourself with a queen sized bed, private bath, stocked coffee bar with Keurig coffee pot, small table for two, and a cozy sitting area with two oversized chairs and ottoman.

Our home features a huge deck facing the lake, perfect for relaxing. The remodeled home features new furniture and appliances, memory foam beds, a full kitchen, and a coffee bar for your comfort. Grill delicious food on the gas grill and gather around the gas fire pit for a cozy evening or visit historical Jefferson TX. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Sunset Cabin

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

Nutty’s Camp Jefferson - Glamping Downtown

Your nightly stay includes the entire 2,500 square-foot loft, complete with 3 bell tents, sleeping up to 6 guests. Nutty’s Camp Jefferson is an indoor camping/glamping experience in the heart of historic downtown Jefferson. Nestled above a quaint little peanut butter store, it’s 3 bell tents sleep a total of 6. The Ginocchio Meyer Home

Welcome! We want to share a bit of history with you! Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience staying at this unique & intricate beautiful 1890’s home. In the 1890’s Charles Ginocchio, owner of the Ginocchio Hotel and the Ginocchio home, had this home built by C. G. Lancaster for Emile Meyers, who operated a saloon in the hotel. Emile, an immigrant from Alsace-Lorraine continued to work at the hotel for many years. During the prohibition era, he converted the saloon into a soda fountain.

Private suite w/King bed & great shower!

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.

You will love the luxury walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. Then rest comfortably in the queen size bed with luxury linens.

Caddo Lake Mallard House w/access to Caddo Lake

Escape for a week or a weekend to world famous Caddo Lake. Surrounded by the largest cypress forest in the world and designated as a wetland of international significance, property will accommodate a couple with comfort. The Mallard House includes full kitchen, wi-fi and a queen bed. Water access is 7 minutes away and includes access to our private lake lot with fishing pier, canoes and kayaks. Get away for the weekend and come stay with us!

The two level front porch with views of the lake, woods, sunsets, and wildlife is the perfect spot to unwind.
