Das Haus wird komplett vermietet, es gibt also keine weiteren Nutzer/ Gäste. Die zwei großen Sonnenterrassen mit Garten sind prima zum Ausspannen, Träumen, Grillen oderTafeln. The area is a sea of tranquility and many hiking trails can be accessed easily by feet from the house. The house was completely renovated in 2023. A 40/5 mbps Internet connection is available by both WiFi and Ethernet ports for those working remotely. The house is located at 650 m above sea level.
