Az ingatlanhoz nagy, árnyas kert tartozik grillezésre ,bogràcsozàsra kivàlóan alakalmas.A szomszédok távol esnek senki nem zavarja a nyugalmat.A hàz előtt fut a Tisza- tó kerülő kerékpárút, ezen kb. 8perc séta a vàrosi Szabadstrand illetve a kikötők, Halas-tér ,termàl fürdő , a tavaly átadott Természet búvár központ , valamint autóval 5 perc a poroszlói Ökocentrum, 30 perc Eger és Debrecen is. Debrecen. A ház előtt és a zárt udvarban kb 10 autó számára van parkolási lehetőség.

Ezért is álmodtunk egy nagyot, és úgy gondoltuk nem csak barátainknak, hanem másoknak is szeretnénk adni ebből a nyugalomból.
