Yarra Fox Farm is a working farm property. The 2 bedroom cottage sits on 28 acres in the heart of the Yarra Valley's best wineries. Perfect for families or a romantic getaway for couples who will enjoy a beautiful wood fireplace, outdoor balcony complete with festoon lighting, kitchenette and small dining area. The cottage is enclosed by fencing on 1.5 acres and includes a play house, slide, chicken coop, fire pit and plenty of flat area to play. See our animals such as donkeys, sheep and cows

Views and privacy on 100 acres - Lodge style stay

Views will take your breath away! The off-grid lodge is nestled into a ridge & completely private, you have it all to yourselves. Sleeps up to ten people. More if guests bring their swags. Large dining table, couches, full-size fridge, air conditioner, wood heater, BBQ & pool table. It is very pretty & private. Everyone who stays seems to enjoy themselves, but don’t expect a serviced town-style motel room or apartment. Bring your own pillows, sheets/quilts, or sleeping bags, & towels.

Villa Jones, perched on one of Eildon‘s prime locations, offers a mid century modern retreat with sprawling grounds. Designed in the 60s by Architect James Earle , this single level residence ensures privacy amidst lush Gardens and panoramic views. Equipped with modern amenities , Fully equipped kitchen, heating/cooling , Wi-Fi and Swimming pool , promises a relaxing holiday experience. Eildon Village /splash park a stone‘s throw away, granting easy access to all the area has to offer.

Riverfront + Kayaks, Hot Tub, Sauna + Fire pit

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal. This cosy & charming cottage has a separate living area with sofa, TV, table and four chairs. a wood fire, self contained kitchen with 4 burner stove top, sink, full fridge and microwave. It has a large bathroom & the bedroom has a queen bed, a single bed, a trundle bed or a cot. With lovely leadlight windows featuring Blue Wrens and stunning views from the windows over the farm and the hills. Small enclosed yard for pets. We provide all bedding and towels.

Oberon Lodge Merrijig is a fully renovated farm stay retreat, offering panoramic mountain views, native bushland, and olive grove. Ideally suited to large family, friend, or work groups. It features 3 kitchenette-living areas, 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms sleeping up to a maximum of 20 people. It has a large outdoor space with BBQ, outdoor seating and firepit. It is close to the regional town of Mansfield (15mins) & Mt Buller Ski resort(45mins).

Balancing openness to the exceptional views against the imperative for shelter from the elements on the exposed hilltop, Mansfield House is a home of two halves.

The Cabin at Kevington, on the Goulburn River

Set on the banks of the beautiful Goulburn River, the cabin is ideal for a romantic escape, family getaway or weekend with friends. Just 50 minutes to the gates of Mt Buller and 15 minutes to the nearest boat ramp at Lake Eildon, you can choose to do a multitude of activities in the area or just relax by the river in summer or by the cosy fire in winter.

Large backyard includes a lawn area and deck. Lounge area with reverse cycle air conditioning and fireplace. Firewood can be purchased from the local store in Jamieson.
