Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

In the evening enjoy the super sized patio and unwind while overlooking a gorgeous mountain sunset or get out and catch fireflies while the horses roam in the front yard.

This apartment has a private driveway, entrance and patio space on a hilltop with an unbelievable view of the mountains and spectacular sunsets. This is a perfect home base for near by state and national parks. Please note that there are friendly, outdoor dogs on this farmland property. Indoor stair access to main house is securely locked. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.
