Apartman Stina is a brend new studio apartment, situated on island Hvar in peaceful small town Sveta Nedelja, 39 km from Hvar. Beach is just in front of the apartment. It offers a big garden, barbecue facilities and a terrace with astonishing sea view. The apartment is located on the ground floor under terrace and garden and has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine and a stovetop.

From the outside area of the apartment is a stunning view to the west of the island of Hvar (towards the town of Hvar), to the Red Rocks and the Adriatic sea. The house is surrounded by old pine trees that provide natural shade and refreshment in the hot summer days. The studio apartment has its own entrance and parking, and a separate outside space.

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
