Our renovated house is the ideal place to enjoy Cretan hospitality. It is located 20 steps away from the peaceful beach of Agios Panteleimonas. Two short paths on either side of the house lead to nearby beaches. On the right side you can find the famous Vulisma beach with its crystal clear waters and golden sand and on the left a chill beach for relaxation and meditation. You can reach supermarkets, tavernas, cafes, or pool-bars within 5 minutes by foot. Agios Nikolaos is 10 minutes away by car.

"Villa Balcony", Cozy Villa with Amazing View

Villa Balcony is located on the mountainside of Pantanassa, next to the traditional village of Rodia. The location of the villa is very advantageous because it is located on the eastern side of the mountain and offers spectacular view of the whole city of Heraklion, the bay of Heraklion, the island of Dia and the Aegean sea. Also, due to the location of the villa, at night, the moonrise offers a beautiful and romantic view.

Στο διαμέρισμα υπάρχουν δυο air continion , ένα σε κάθε υπνοδωματιο

Our home is located 2 MINUTES WALK from city center though it is in a quiet street next to the lake. The House was built at the middle of the 20th century,it's a stone house and One of the oldest and unique in their kind that you can rent in the city of Agios Nikolaos. Location of the home is ideal especially if you are dreaming of waking up and just walking to every single bit of the city.

With pine trees around, citrus and olive orchards, it is ideal for a quiet stay-family travel. It is a summer house for my family- my parents live permanently at the ground floor.
