My flat - loft is very comfortable, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and big kitchen such a dinning room and living room and the view from the balcony is something that you can not explain with the words. You have to feel it! You will have private parking behind the house. It is 10 min away walking from the city center and the beach.

L'arredamento è moderno ed essenziale, luminoso e molto silenzioso. E' un monolocale di circa 40 mq in un palazzo appena ristrutturato, a pochi minuti dalla Piazza Unità d'Italia e dal castello di S.Giusto. Da giugno '18 è previsto il pagamento in loco della tassa di soggiorno pari a 3 euro ad adulto al giorno.
