We are a busy family of 4 upstairs; please expect to hear the pitter patter of little feet and you may also catch short stints of piano practice. In the "kitchette" is a mini-fridge, microwave, airfryer, toaster, and free coffee, tea, and bottled water. There's only the sink in the bathroom so leave the dishes for us to do for you! Access to the pool when seasonal weather cooperates! Come in late, enjoy a comfy sleep. Then continue on your way or stay around the Kamloops area. (Note: there is a train nearby)

Ptarmigan Hills Lookout Cabin

A love of nature and the outdoors required. Surround yourself with nature in this unique cabin nestled on a bench in the forest on the face of Mt Chase. The cabin is off the grid with solar lighting, gravity fed water for washing and drinking and a brand new new outhouse for the potty room. A small kitchen with a 3 burner stove, sink, cooler and pantry makes cooking fun. Camping experience helpful. Several outdoor destinations within 1/2 hr drive from the cabin
