The construction of this urban loft has finished in March 2019. Athenian Lofts Studios are located in the heart of the Historical Center of Athens, on the 4th floor of a former metal etcher laboratory in the area of Psiri. It is small and cozy, suitable for couples. From the balcony, you can enjoy the amazing view to Acropolis, Lycabettus and National Observatory of Athens, along with a jacuzzi bath! Nightlife in the area is a collection of sophisticated hot spots, both for visitors and locals.

Koni’s house has a private use swimming pool with sunbeds and a breathtaking view. It has a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa that it can be a double bed as well. Also the kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. The house provides Wi-Fi. Saronida is close to the center of Athens and 30 minutes away from the airport. It is a seaside suburb of the Athens Riviera with beaches, restaurants and coffee shops. It is close to Sounio and has access to public transport.
