Si vous aimez le neuf abstenez-vous ! 4 chambres (8 lits), 2 salles-de-bain avec W.C. + 1 W.C. , grand salon. Ensoleillement, température de l'eau : magnifiques. Montagnes, palmeraie, mer, village de pêche, navette maritime, plongée, voile, surf, vélo, randonnée, culture ibérique cartaginoise, calme, délicieux en toutes saisons.

Maison pleine vue sur mer à 200 mètres de la plage La maison est idéalement située, très calme et confortable (rénovée en 2022). Il y a des escaliers, 4 marches de la salle à manger au salon, et les chambres/ sanitaires à l'étage inférieur. L'accès entre le parking et la maison est un chemin piéton en bon état non adapté pour une personne à mobilité réduite (environ 50 mètres). On ne peut pas se garer devant la porte, il faut parcourir ces 50 mètres pour accéder à la porte d'entrée de la maison.

La casa es una propiedad de 1930, completamente restaurada, respetando parte de los elementos antiguos, carpintería, viguería ... Tiene un precioso patio desde el que se puede ver una de las fortalezas que rodean la ciudad Esta situado en un barrio marinero, pescador y flamenco. Cerca de la playa de Cala Cortina y del puerto y a tan sólo un corto paseo hasta el casco histórico. La estación de autobús y de tren están también muy cercanas. Muy bien comunicado. Fácil aparcamiento.
