La casa dei Memi si trova a Funes, una piccola località dalla quale si gode una vista stupenda di tutta la conca alpagota. Completamente restaurata mantenendo le caratteristiche di casa di montagna, con i muri in pietra e il legno che ne fa da padrone, è composta da due appartamenti. Situato al piano terra l'appartamento dispone di un salotto, con divano, poltrona, tv e stufa a legna, sala da pranzo e cucina. Una camera matrimoniale e ampio bagno con box doccia. Cortile e parcheggio privato.

Piccolo rustico già adibito a stalla finemente restaurata in stile dolomitico mantenedo le caratteristiche archittetoniche originali, luminosa ed accogliente. Al piano terra zona giorno composta da cucina attrezzata a vista. Zona living con tv e stube tradizionale. Completa il piano il bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Al primo piano due ampie e luminose camere doppie, travi a vista e affaccio sulla vallata e sul Lago di Santa Croce. Due posti auto pertinenziali, ampio giardino non recintato.
