Thalassa is a three-story villa, with unlimited view of the Aegean Sea. Ideally located at just 600 meters away from the centre of Chora, the Capital of Ios, it is perfect for your stay at the island. Kolitsani beach is also really close to the house, just a 10-minute walk via pathway. (Total area of villa : 189m2) The traditional aesthetic and thoughtful design of the villa, along with all the modern amenities offered will guarantee a pleasant and confy experience for families and couples.

Villa Giulia, Seaview Villa - near Chora

Villa Giulia benefits from a unique location: just 5 minutes on foot from the village, yet set in a peaceful area, and 15 minutes on foot from the beaches of Mylopotas, and Kolitsani. The villa has 3 bedrooms and can host 6-7 guests. It has a living room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms, AC, smart TV and washing machine. It offers two outdoor dining areas: a private sea-view patio with barbecue and wood-fired oven and a pool area shared with another residence. The villa has its own private parking

Enjoy the magnificent sunset, the serenity of the sea and discover the beauty at the narrow streets of Ios! We can host groups up to 16 people on our villas!

A small white house with blue windows, in the heart of the Aegean, was always my dream! That's how everything started and now I own this tiny house of 27sqm in the magical town of Ios island. This place was a small cafe before. Was abandoned for about 20 years and, as i like to transform, I turned it to a cosy nest for my family. The idea was a polymorphical place that has everything we need in a small house . I hope that you will love this place as I do!!!
