La dimora è stata sapientemente ristrutturata, e vanta tutti i comfort conservando il fascino dell’antico. All'esterno il suo giardino regala momenti magici, tra piante e oggetti storici che incorniciano il cortile, potendo godere di magnifiche cene all’aperto o di elettrizzanti aperitivi al tramonto! La zona è ben servita e tutti i servizi e luoghi di interesse sono raggiungibili anche a piedi.

Wer die Natur und Ruhe liebt, ist bei uns richtig. Unser gepflegtes Studio bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Wir haben eine tolle Aussicht, die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge auf die ganze Insel. Das Studio besteht aus einem Schlaf-&Wohnraum mit Doppelbett, Satellitenfernseher, Kochecke, Kühlschrank, Duschbad, ca. 20 qm, plus Veranda. Der Eingang ist separat von der Veranda aus. Bettwäsche, frische Handtücher und Shampoo sind vorhanden. Die Reinigung ist inklusive und erfolgt einmal wöchentlich.

Suite Lumière dista 1.5km, 15 min. a piedi dal centro storico, situata in un quartiere tranquillo ben servito sotto tutti gli aspetti. La fermata del bus è a soli 50mt. La suite è sulla strada in direzione mare(Ionio), dell' Ecotekne, della Città di Lecce Hospital e del Polo ospedaliero e a pochi mt. dalla tangenziale che porta allo Stadio di calcio.La Suite ha una atmosfera soft e rilassante. Ospitalità e riservatezza sono le sue qualità. La suite è adatta a coppie, e amanti della lettura.

Antico deposito degli attrezzi della masseria costruita nel 1760 e ristrutturato pochi anni fa.con annesso pergolato e cucina esterna Arredato con letto alla francese , angolo cottura e bagno , 20 mq totali . E' ideale per chi vuole passare una vacanza in totale relax e ama vivere la natura.Ha disposizione un cortile esterno e un giardino privato ,lettini per prendere il sole, terrazzo panoramico , doccia esterna con acqua calda , wi-fi e barbecue. Il parcheggio è gratuito .
