A small complex of 10 apartments and my office, were you can find and use on request, laundry machine and dryer. Our small apartments for 2-3 people, (located on the ground floor or the top floor, depending on availability). Equipped with 1 double bed or 2 single beds connected .. At the same time, the main strip of Laganas with many nightclubs is just 500m away (5 mins on foot).

Our knowledge as a hotel Manger and Architecture helped us to have as a priority to provide you a Safe Place to stay based on privacy . As We use to travel a lot the only thing that we really need when we are away from home is to find a place to stay where we feel like "Home away from home". The apartment in a hotel "Spyridoula Studio 13", which is situated in Kerkyra, overlooks the nearby sea. The cosy 25 m² property consists of a living area, a kitchenette, a sleeping area and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
