Renovated Bungalow with Bunkhouse on Lake Wabasis

Welcome to The Loon's Nest. A fully renovated bungalow w/50' of private frontage on Lake Wabasis. Situated on a large, double-lot property that provides expansive views of water, sky & nature. Plus a separate bunkhouse in back. Together, the 2 dwellings sleep 7. Guests also have FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and private dock during warmer-weather months (May 'til Oct). The Loon's Nest is also very dog-welcoming. Yards are not fenced, but we do provide ground stakes & cables.

Welcome to Swan Cottage. Nestled in a quiet cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has 66' of shoreline with private beach; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and a stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. During the warmer weather months (May-October), guests also get FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and private dock on the property. Swan Cottage is very dog-loving & dog-welcoming home. The yard is not fenced, but we do provide ground stakes & cable ties.

Cabin in the Woods

35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

Room for over a dozen dinner guests makes this an ideal spot for both entertaining and relaxing during your stay.

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.

Hidden in the woods

Quiet, country setting that comfortably accommodates two. This space is above our garage, which is not attached to our house. We are often outside working or playing, but it is very private once you are upstairs! There is no WiFi here. There is a lovely, private balcony with a nice view, lots of random movies, and several fun games. Verizon service works great here, so if you have a Hotspot you could hook up to our smart TV.

This is one of eight 1 bedroom apartments we have listed in a secure mid-century 8 unit brick building. They offer abundant natural light with an updated kitchen and bath. We have furnished the home with comfort and convenience in mind. For quick answers to FAQ please read through our listing. Please note the second bed is a sofa bed. Not everyone finds them to be comfortable.
