Jim and I built our home here in 1984 and raised our girls here, where I grew up. Our Guest House is newly made to look old, and is 750 sq.ft. in size, overlooking a large meadow with several ponds. Blue Heron Cabin sits on a 291 acre wildlife preserve. It has an active Great Blue Heron rookery on site, a Bald Eagle nest and a huge variety of waterfowl and wildlife. Easy access off Hwy 2. Private 35-acre lake for fishing and kayaking on site. Two kayaks with life jackets. Boat & trailer parking at cabin. Public boat launch into Pend Oreille River directly across the street; public beach and playground. Children welcome. Books & toys. 55" TV.

The Hidden Moose Lodge

The Hidden Moose Lodge is the ideal destination for any guests looking for a place to stay in Northern Pend Oreille County. Located down a private access road, this charming cabin nestled in the woods (NOT on the River) is the perfect retreat for all seasons!
