Quaint, bright and cozy lower level apartment. All basic amenities are included, as well as towels, linens and dishware. Located on a quiet dead end street. Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the private, enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill, and enjoy it outside if you like at the cozy outdoor dining nook.

Modern and cozy studio in a quiet, pet-friendly neighborhood. Five minute walk from multiple restaurants and three blocks (10 minute walk) from direct beach access. Enjoy the sounds of birds and ocean breeze while you grill or relax in the covered breezeway. Bring your wood and build a relaxing fire in our beautiful fire pit! This stylish spot has a kitchenette, full bathroom, closet, an amazingly comfortable bed and sofa! The perfect getaway spot for a couple or a few friends!!

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

A lovely, quiet and spacious mini suite . located in Sea Trail resort. Walk to the Town Park (right on the intracoastal waterway) which has markets twice a week(seasonal), fishing piers, and boat launch. Welcome to island living!! Sparkling clean, quiet private suite that is loaded with beachy charm. On site: TV, wifi, microwave, refrigerator, tea/coffeemaker and spacious bathroom with shower. Only a 5 minute drive/bike ride to any of Oak Island's 64 free beach accesses. One block off the island's main street, and close to all the restaurants & shopping. Owners live on site & are happy to answer any questions & provide information about the island, restaurants & local attractions.
