Private bungalow, centrally located, close to many beaches, perfect for couples, fisherman and beach goers. The property is covered with beautiful towering oaks, palm trees, flowers, and koi pond. Make yourself at home, explore the entire area, enjoy sitting in the swing in the late afternoon and chill! We are pet friendly, a one time fee of 30. Payable upon your departure, which can be left in the "Pet Fee" deposit jar. The bungalow is privacy fenced, ample parking, plus private patio & grill.

The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. Two bedroom cottage 2 blocks from Goose island state park. No fishing license is needed in Goose island state park. We are on a peninsula surrounded by 3 bays. Whooping crane nesting nearby and over 450 species of birds migrate and live in the area. Fishing and boat ramps along the water and in Goose island state park. Goose island state park and Fulton have lighted piers. Great fishing under the Copano bay bridge. There are 2 queen beds, air mattress will fit in living area.
