The wildlife that surround the property is abundant, with dozens of kangaroos often found lounging in the floodplains and many bird species occupying the surrounding trees. We have secure undercover parking and outdoor space to enjoy a BBQ or glass of wine on the balcony overlooking Monument hill. A short walk to Nouriell park to enjoy the Murray river. We are surrounded by open green spaces and 3 playgrounds for the kids. We look forward to welcoming you to our place with a bottle of wine and local cheese.

Bright and open house on a quiet street in beautiful Beechworth. Less than 10 minute walk to the centre of Beechworth and Lake Sambell. Plenty of parks, hikes and bike trails at your door step. Peaceful outdoor seating overlooking garden where you can drink your morning coffee and listen to birds singing. Secure yard for doggos. The house comfortably sleeps 4 people however I have a sofa bed that can sleep another two if required. Please note the house is lived in part of the year by me 😊
