Welcome to paradise on the White River in Indianapolis! I personally designed, built, and lived in this house for six years - one of the best periods of my life. You will find a sense of peace and feel like you are in another world, all while being right in the middle of Indianapolis! Explore the river on the kayaks, bask in the sun, take in the wildlife. After free parking right outside of your door, you won't need a car for your entire stay! There are over a dozen unique restaurants within a five-minute walk. The Vogue music venue is visible from your entrance & six of the most popular bars and clubs are within walking distance. Broad Ripple summer is filled with local art & music shows. Check out the farmers market on Saturdays (even in winter!), and 50-mile Monon rail-trail for biking and running with plenty of local shops on the way!!

Creekside Cottage boasts gorgeous nature views, luxury accomodations, and close proximity to the best that Indy has to offer. Located in northwest Indianapolis just off of 65, a quick 15 minute drive can get you to Downtown Indy, Main Street Carmel, the Zionsville Village, or The Speedway! The home is comprised of 7 shipping containers with an added greenhouse & rooftop deck overlooking the city skyline. The floor to ceiling windows on the first & second floor both face & provide a unique perspective of Fall Creek River. The home has a large back yard.
