Casa situada en el centro de Deltebre. En un lugar rural, muy tranquilo, ideal para familias que buscan pasar unos días de descanso en el corazón del Ebro. En nuestro entorno se pueden realizar paseos con bicicleta, excursiones con barca y muchas más actividades rodeados de naturaleza. El Delta del Ebro, es en su conjunto un Parque Natural con una gran variedad de fauna todo el año. La casa dispone de zona para aparcar el coche al lado de la casa, entrada independiente y piscina.

Wij bevinden ons in alle rust maar wel op loopafstand van het levendige dorp Horta de sant joan en aan de autovrije wandel-en fietsroute Via verde, midden tussen olijf-en amandelbomen, wijngaarden en schitterende uitzichten. Het natuurpark Els Ports is slechts 10 minuten met de auto. Bijzonderheden: Alleen 14+, ontbijt is inclusief, huisdieren welkom in overleg. Tot ziens in "Mas Karmel"

Cistern water (drinking water must be brought). Well equipped kitchen. Wifi. Large Smart-TV. Solitary walks, pristine beaches, nature parks, seaside restaurants are within easy reach (on foot or by car). The road between the village and the house is narrow and winding.

Holiday home in Deltebre, in the heart of the Ebro Delta, with salt water pool and 900m2 of private land. The house has a children's corner with a swing, a picnic table, a tree house, a ping pong table and a football goal. There is also a free-range hen garden where you can colllect eggs daily. The house has private parking for several cars and 4 bikes available to customers. The house is located in a quiet area of Deltebre, close to the river walk.
