High acoustic and thermal insulation, air conditioning. Four stars by Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism. The apartment is NOT car reachable, because the house is at seaside and cars are not allowed here. The closest place to park is City garage which is 100 stairs above the house. Apartment at great location seaside by promenade, nice sea-view and a reasonable price. Beach, restaurants, coffee bars, shops all around. City marina and Old town 3-5 minutes walk. All kind services and activities can be provided, such as transfers, shore tours, excursions, hiking, biking, speed boat trips... I want this place to be as best as possible. The Flat-apartment is in the attic, which has 45 m2. It is renovated in January 2020, so now there are living room (with one bad) with kitchen and two rooms with two beds in each of them. The bathroom is renovated since some of the guests complained about the bath, so we adjust it now. It has a beautiful view from the balcony to the sea cost of Igalo, Herceg Novi. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, just 300 m away from the city center, downhill. Hope to host you in our home!

Apartman se sastoji od dvije spavaće sobe (u jednoj je smješten bračni krevet, a u drugoj dva odvojena kreveta i dodatni pomoćni ležaj), kuhinje sa trpezarijom i dnevnim boravkom i kupatilom. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijeli stan i jedno parking mjesto. U apartmanu nisu dozvoljene zurke i okupljanja. Kucni red vidno istaknut mora da se postuje.
