In its' 70m² provides two bedrooms a spacious living area, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Perfect for couples, families, or working nomads, our apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Each floor of the complex has 3 apartments, 2 of them are suited to host up to 2 people, and 1 is suited to host a family or a group of friends up to 4 people. On the ground floor there is an elevator for all floors of the complex. There are lockboxes located in the main entrance with numbers that show your apartment door number.

The area has many amazing beaches and beautiful surrounding mountains. It is worth visiting us even in winter time. Ierapetra is the southernmost town in Europe, with mild winters and plenty sunshine. The apartments are suitable for couples and families with children.

The area has free parking space and quick access to wonderful beaches.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
