If there are only two people, but wish to have separate bedrooms it is an extra $30 a night, mark your reservation as three people and that will give you the second bedroom. The bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, shower which is located at the top of the stairs. There isn't use of the "home" area of the house because it is my art studio. Tea or coffee are there as well as a coffee maker, and a small refrigerator for your use within the room.... I enjoy dogs but cannot have cats due to guests’ allergies. Your dog will need to leave with you when you are not in the space. Dogs cannot be left alone. There is a 20.00 pet fee for your stay to be left.
