Dozens of hiking trails, jeep trails, and year round activities in the area. *The condo is at 10k ft elevation. There is a 9 mile drive to the town of Idaho Springs. Large fenced back yard for family and dog. Located just off I-70 so you will hear road traffic, but evenings are rather quiet for sleeping
