Modern Solar Powered Home, the house is off-grid, meaning it gets its electricity from the sun and a standby generator if needed. Built in December 2019 we have 2 semi detached houses just before Teide National Park. Home has full cooks open kitchen and living room with all one might need, gas stove, modern appliances, with washing machine in utility room. In the house there are four apartments with a large garden in common, where you will find an outdoor kitchen, perfect to enjoy outdoor meals and meet guests of the other apartments. Arico is surrounded by climbing areas a few minutes by car or even walking. You can also find beautiful trails that connect the villages. Arround 10 minutes by car you will be in El Porís beach (perfect for learn surf) and Abades, nice to do snorkel and with beautiful restaurants in front of the sea.
