The Lake House - Hvammsvik Hot Springs

The Lake House is part of Hvammsvik Nature Resort & Hot Springs, a gated 1200 acre estate along the coast enjoying spectacular nature and views, only 40 min away from Reykjavik. Cosy cottage 2 close to Reykjavík - hot tub

The cottage is cosy and it has everything you need to make a perfect meal in the kitchen or you can use the gas grill outside the cottage. It´s close to the sea and you can see the seals play along the shore. The cottage although small is ideal for 2-4 person. There is a free WIFI and on the veranda is a private hot tub where you can soak while enjoying the view. There is no light pollution here like in Reykjavik or in towns and therefore ideal location for watching the Northern Lights.

Gunnu Hús by Meðalfellsvatn ( Our lakeside cottage nestles at the foot of Medalfell mountain and the garden leads right down to the lake. The views are spectacular, of the lake and its surrounding mountain scape; it is a place of pure tranquility. It has 3 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and sitting room. It has a large double bedroom, and small double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed. It is well known and often listed as one of the most scenic and lovely summer cottages in Iceland.

The property is a modern 4-bedroom villa on the bank of lake Apavatn & river Hólaá. Kayaks, fishing poles & permits included for guests. (Fishing is only permitted during summer). Raufarnes Guesthouse

The 1800 Sq ft apartment is in a Retro style Icelandic 1957 farm house on a 360 acres, free time farm, with horse’s , sheep and dogs and a cats ; ). From the house it´s a 50m walk to the beach or a 10 min drive by car to the nearby village of Borgarnes.
