With views of the water from the front porch and the quiet peaceful surroundings this home is sure to be perfect for anyone wanting to go fishing on their boat, hunting, or enjoy a family vacation. There is a private neighborhood boat ramp available right out front and the home does have a backup generator, large front and back porches, large living area with plenty of seating and a large laundry room great for storing any extras!

The trail is a lovely path to the waterfront on the sound-side of the island, and home to impressive live oak trees, a historic graveyard, and the site of Blackbeard the Pirate's final battle!
