Relax with the family in this peaceful accommodation. There is a hot and cold tub on the patio and a barbecue shelter with a grill. Large and spacious living room with Netflix and Apple TV. There is a dartboard and playstation in another room with a separate TV. All kitchen appliances, washer and dryer and laundry can be hung out on a cable. There is a voice-controlled speaker system you can play both in the living room and kitchen. There is a pet cat in the house when it is not in rent.

At this house an open living area with floor length windows and a 13f ceiling opens to a 500 sqf terrace with a jacuzzi and from there to a big private garden. The location offers easy access to the main attractions of the village as well as to a variety of fun out door activity including swimming, golfing, horseback riding and hiking basically all within a walking distance.

Enjoy the central town of Hveragerði and avoid the hustle and bustle of the busy Reykjavík. This town is only a short drive from Reykjavík, the Golden Circle, and neighbouring towns as well as an hour drive from Landeyjahöfn, where you can take a ferry to the scenic and historical Westman Islands.

A beautiful cozy cottage

My beautiful cozy cottage is warm and cozy all year round and it is close to town, 5-10 walk away. There is a supermarket, coffeeshops and restaurants within a walking distance. The house has a small kitchenette downstairs with a small oven and hot plated for cooking. Upstairs bedroom is closed for the moment. We provide all the essential stuff along with coffee, tea and other essential foodstuff. The hotspring Reykjadalur where you can soak in a hot river all year round is near by.

The house is located in a peaceful street, with Varmá river in the backyard and a public swimming pool 50 meters up the street, 10 minute walk to the supermarket.

Home in Hveragerði

Our family home is located next two a forrest in a town named Hveragerði. It fits up to six people comfortably in four bedrooms. Also possible to add extra bed for two more people and possible to add baby or toddler bed. Two veranda, other with hot tub (during the coldest months it may not work). Fully equipped kitchen, TV room and a living room with big dining table. Only a 30 minute drive to the capital city Reykjavík.

Sun-cottage South Iceland

Located around 1 hour away from an active volcano. Also around 1 hour from Geysir and Gullfoss (Golden circle). Our 30 year old guesthouse for family and friends to enjoy the lively bird life and country site peace and quiet. Located just 25 minutes from Reykjavík but also surrounded by endless nature and adventurous options. A great base for traveling on the south coast of Iceland.

The house is simply amazing, very private, modern and comfortable. Great views all around through large windows and a fantastic location, right on the river and by beautiful mountains. Plenty of private parking in front of the house. Large bedrooms and the living room is open with a fully equipped kitchen and a large granite island for great entertaining.
